A 250 pound woman who lives a sedentary lifestyle will need to eat around 1,985 calories per day to maintain her weight.
But as you know, the goal isn’t to maintain, its to lose.
So all you need to do is adjust the number of calories you are eating per day. Instead of consuming 1,985 calories per day, drop it down to 1,787 calories per day.
Just doing that will help you start losing a couple a pounds a month without doing any exercise.
