Many health and fitness experts will have you believing the only thing you need to do to lose weight is control the types of food you are eating.
They teach that certain foods are overly fattening and lead to weight gain, while others help stimulate fat loss.

While I wouldn’t recommend a diet that’s centered around junk food, it does prove the importance of a caloric deficit.
