Not only does this help you better regulate your appetite, but it also helps you lose weight by revving up your metabolism.

And the more revved up your metabolism, the more calories you will burn during the day.

Now, for those of you who say you don’t have time to eat 4 to 5 meals a day…..

As the saying goes, if something is important to you, you make time for it.
