The Three P Rule – The Key To Workout Success

When you start a new workout program it won’t be easy. But if you stick with it, it will be well worth it.

Here are the three P’s to workout success.

Patience

The first rule of workout success is to be patient. You didn’t gain the weight overnight, and you can’t expect to lose it overnight.

Change will come, but it takes time.

That’s why being patient is so important.

Perseverance

The second rule of workout success is perseverance.

Things are going to be tough. Especially when you first get started.

You are going to be working muscles you haven’t worked in years.

You are going to be sore.

And you are going to want to quit.

But you can’t.

You must persevere if you want to be successful.

Practice

The last P is practice.

When you first start a workout plan it can take some time to get a hang of the exercises.

So practice….

Try to get better every time you workout.

At the end of the day workout success is all about consistency and commitment.
